All About Aprons

Create an original apron that’s not from a published pattern, send us one photo of it and give it a title. Describe how you made the apron (sewing must be involved) and what materials you used. Entries will be judged by a panel of Sew News editors based on use of materials, creative description and difficulty.

Five winners will each receive a thread assortment from American & Efird; retail value: $50.

E-mail your entries to sewnews.com, or send the photo and description to Sew News All About Aprons Contest, 741 Corporate Circle, Suite A, Golden, CO 80401. Include your full name, address, phone number and e-mail address with your entry. Only one entry per person is allowed. Entries must be received by March 14, 2008. Winners will be notified on or around March 28, 2008. Photos of winning entries will be posted online at sewnews.com on or around April 4, 2008. The list of winners will be printed in the August/September ’08 Sew News. Photos will not be returned and become property of Sew News.
