TV Guests – Laura Wyatt

Laura Wyatt has been sewing for most of her life, learning from her mother at the age of 8. She began with doll clothes and quickly graduated to sewing for herself. Thus began Laura’s love affair with sewing and fashion!

Throughout her conventional career, she found the time to sew her own wardrobe of classic styles, adding trends for fun and interest. In 2005, Laura left the nine-to-five work world and opened It’s Sew U to pass on her love for the timeless tradition of sewing. As a Trained Sewing Instructor and a Certified Islander Sewing Systems Instructor, Laura strives to keep her skills current and sharp.

Laura currently resides in Chicago, IL, and continues to teach on an individual basis from her Logan Square studio. Details are available at www.itssewu.net.
