— Five or six 13″ × 16″ cuts of slightly felted, overdyed, light- to mediumweight wool for outer scarf
— Two fat quarters (18″ × 20″) of coordinating flannel for lining

— Black perle cotton, size 8
— Hand embroidery needle, size 7
— Machine sewing thread to coordinate with wool
