Voile Yoyo Quilt Pattern Download

This easy and scrappy project features yoyo disks as the focus. Choose a favorite genre of prints, or fabric from a favorite designer, to make a dynamic quilt. If using heavier-weight fabric, eliminate the flannel layer or the quilt may become too heavy. It’s the perfect throw to take on your travels.

FABRIC

• Yoyos: 8 yd total, assorted cotton voile fabric, 54″ (for 520 yoyos)
• Quilt top: 1 3/4 yd single print cotton voile printed fabric, 54″
• Backing: 1 3/4 yd blue chambray cotton, 47″
• Batting: 1 3/4 yd white cotton flannel, 58″

OTHER SUPPLIES

• Template, supplied on insert:
• Yoyo (A)
• Heavyweight thread, button and carpet strength, (white for light colors, black for dark)
• Rayon or Trilobal polyester thread, to contrast with quilt (shown: fuchsia)
• Perle cotton in contrast color, for trim
• Glue stick
• Liquid seam sealant, such as Fray Check
