Repurpose your favorite T-shirt graphics as appliques on a roomy tote with enough space to carry projects in progress. Add felt numbers, letters, or shapes for graphic interest and spice up the handle and interior with fun prints.

Finished Size: Bag is 19″ wide (from side seam to side seam) – 15½” high excluding strap as measured along the side seam (48.5 – 39.5 cm); strap is 50″ (127 cm) long finished.
Fabric Requirements: 5/8 yd (57.5 cm) of 47-48″ (119.5-122 cm) wide burlap, canvas, rug hooker’s cloth, or linen for shell bag (Main) . 1 yd (91.5 cm) of 45″ (114.5 cm) wide quilting cotton, shirting, or other medium-weight fabric for lining bag (Contrast) . one 9″ – 12″ (23 – 30.5 cm) square of wool or wool/rayon felt .
