• 1 1/4 yards each of laminated cotton & print cotton (lining)
• 1/3 yard of contrasting cotton (ties)
• Package of coordinating 1″-wide single-fold bias tape
• 1 1/4 yards of insulated batting
• 6″ length of coordinating 1/2″-wide fold-over elastic
• 7″x8″ rectangle of mesh fabric
• Coordinating all-purpose thread
• Rotary cutter
• Walking foot
• Pressing cloth
• Serger (optional)
• 1 yard of clear vinyl (waterproof liner; optional)
