Don't throw away those fabric selvages! Recycle them into a charming kid-friendly plush toy. If you don't want to use the selvage edge of fabric this project is easily adaptable for use with traditional yardage of fabric. Supplies needed to complete project
- Assorted 1 ½" x 21" cotton selvage strips (approximately 35 yards total or use 1 ½ yards of fabric for a single fabric plushy)
- ¾ yard of muslin fabric
- White all-purpose thread
- Fiberfill
- Two 15mm black safety eyes
- Removable fabric marker
- Hand sewing needle
