Description
Add a splash of color to your home for spring with this cute wall hanging. It’s a great project for using colorful, skinny scraps of fabric to build your nest, plus a few low-volume prints for the background. The quilt is made with a combination of stitch-and-flip and quilt-asyou- go techniques for easy construction.
Finished Size: 15″ x 28″
Fabric: Thirteen or more subtle prints in whites and grays: 3″ x 18″ each; One fat quarter (18″ x 21″), solid Black; Several skinny strips of colorful prints, ¼”; Three scraps of Blue fabric, 2″ x 2″ for eggs; Two scraps of Green fabric, 3″ x 4″ for hanging tabs; Fusible web, such as Pellon 805 Wonder-Under; Backing fabric, 19″ x 32″; Batting, 19″ x 32″.
