Envelope Clutch Pattern Download

Description

Combine a menswear flannel with feminine pleats and a velvet ribbon tie for a luxurious clutch. The ribbon is threaded through a grommet to hold the flap of the clutch closed in a pretty bow.

Finished Size: 10″ wide – 5″ high – 1½” deep (25.5 – 12.5 – 3.8 cm)

Fabric Requirements:

. ½ yd (46 cm) of 45″ (114.5 cm) wide wool or ¼ yd (23 cm) of 60″ (152.5 cm) wide wool for purse shell and flap (A; shown: gray)

. ½ yd (46 cm) of 45″ (114.5 cm) wide quilting cotton for purse lining and pleated trim (B; shown: pink)

. 6½” – 7½” (16.5 – 19 cm) piece of contrasting quilting cotton for interior pocket (C; shown: orange mod floral print)
