Supplies:
- 3 yards of mediumweight cotton fabric
- 1 yard of lining or contrasting fabric
- 1 yard of 1⁄2″-wide elastic
- Scrap of woven fusible interfacing
- Large safety pin
- Matching all-purpose thread
- Size 80/12 universal sewing machine needle
- Hand -sewing needle
- One small snap
