Description
Stitch a set of pretty tags to make a bouquet or potted plant extra special. The tags are covered with a layer of vinyl to keep splashing water away from the embroidery. Add a chopstick or popsicle stick to the pocket in the back to stand the tag in the bouquet or plant. The collection comes with three designs and three unique messages — Get Well, Happy Anniversary and Thank You — for a range of occasions. These designs are featured in the Summer 2020 issue of Creative Machine Embroidery.
The designs measure 4.29” high x 4.75” wide. The stitch count ranges between 18,646 and 22,427 and the designs use 11 or 12 thread colors.
These designs are available for embroidery machine formats: DST, EXP, HUS, JEF, PCS, PES, SEW, SHV, VIP, VP3, and XXX. Also included are spec sheets for the designs and instructions for completing the tags. Your designs arrive in one file in ZIP format—the file will need to be unzipped before transferring to your machine. Most desktop computers have software that will open a zip file.
To create the In-the-Hoop Bouquet Tags, you will need the following supplies in addition to an embroidery machine:
- 6” square of white cotton fabric (for front)
- 6” square of colored cotton fabric (for back)
- Two 6” squares of white felt
- 1/4 yard of clear vinyl
- 5×7 hoop
- Water-soluble stabilizer
- No-show mesh stabilizer
- Embroidery thread
- Embroidery or painter’s tape
- Appliqué scissors
