For today’s giveaway one winner will win Quilting With a Modern Slant by Rachel May. This is a lovely book for the modern, classic or vintage quilters. What I especially love is how textile artists , quilters take vintage fabric and turn them into stunning modern pieces.  There are over 70 projects that will be sure to inspire. The author also brings to you inspiration from quilts around the world. My hands down favorite has got to be the Matisse like quilts of Gee’s Bend. Along with inspiration you will get an indepth look at the work of textile artists, their creations and step-by-step instructions on techniques and quilting projects.
