In this video, we’ll show you how to sew hook and loop tape, also commonly known as Velcro. This “tape” has two different sides; one with a soft texture made up from tiny fibre loops, and the other side is rougher to the touch, with hundreds of tiny little hooks. These hooks latch into the fibre loops, creating a simple and secure closure option for garments, purses, shoes, furniture and others. You can easily substitute hook and loop tape for buttons, snaps and zippers on any of your garments for added convenience and versatility.
