How to Sew a Release Tuck

In this video, we show you how to sew a release tuck. A release tuck takes in fabric to create shape in a garment similar to how a dart takes in excess fabric, however a release tuck doesn’t taper like a dart does. Release tucks can be seen in shirt yokes and wide-leg pants and other similar places where excess fabric needs to be brought in.
