Draft Your Own Slopers – The Easy Way!

I wanted to share with you a brand new course that I recently developed and filmed called Slopers 101. I created this course to be an introduction into drafting (from scratch) your own personal skirt, bodice and sleeve sloper from your own personal body measurements.

Bodice Sleeve and Skirt Slopers

You own personal slopers really take your sewing to the next level, especially if you find it hard to fit into standard pattern sizes and like to dabble in drafting your own sewing patterns.

Slopers act as ‘templates’ for your body shape and are the starting point for any new sewing pattern. They are drafted exactly to your own body measurements and then sewn in muslin for a test fit!

IMG_9862Pattern drafting can be very intimidating, so I kept this in mind when creating this course. I have made it easy to follow with tons of great videos and handouts. In the course you can also ask me questions through the discussions section. So if you have also wanted your own personal set of slopers than this course is for you!

Watch to learn more and enroll here. Course starts March 31st!

Happy Sewing, and hope to see you in class!
