Kimono Baby Swaddle - Fall 2011

Has anyone else made one of these?  I am halfway through my first swaddle and believe the directions are incorrect as to the layout of pattern when cutting out the pieces.   Now that it's time to put right sides together of main body piece, if I do that, one side is the back side of the fabric.

I am so mad I could spit.  I have three of these cut out to stitch together.  Who's going to pay for my fabrics?????

I'm the new assistant editor here at Stitch--so I'm going to have to do a little bit of research on the Kimono Baby Swaddle before I have an answer for you. I am having the same trouble that PurseJunky did 11/30/11....I have just spent the last couple of hours wracking my brain trying to figure it out and just couldn't.  I decided to see if anyone else shared my frustration and was happy to see that I wasn't the only one having trouble.  Were you able to figure out the problem?

It took little research to get to the crux of the pattern issue, but here is the correction. Thanks so much for alerting us! See below:

Fall 2011- Kimono Baby Swaddle by Theresa Gonzales (pg.84)

Omitted from the cutting instructions for the main body, the template cutting instructions should read as follows. MAIN BODY (includes left wing)

Cut 1of A fabric, cut 1 of B fabric in reverse. Cut 1 of batting as directed only.
