Hello,
I am trying to use an embroidered organza fabric as an overlay to the skirt of a communion dress. The fabric has a beautiful, finished edge that I'd like for the hem, but of course this scalloped edge of the fabric is straight and the skirt has a curved hem. Does anyone know how to accomplish this overlay?
