Stitching in Cyberspace

One great thing about the internet is how it brings people together. When I look at behind-the-scenes data from our website, I see that we have visitors from all over the United States, and even all over the world. It’s amazing that people from all corners of the earth can gather in cyberspace around a common interest.

You’ll notice that we have a new, re-designed website. All of the content from the old Stitch site is still here, and we’ve added lots of exciting new features. In addition to the pattern downloads and blog posts you’re used too, there are also new areas for discussions, sew-alongs, galleries to upload photos and videos, and more. Come on in, add a photo and bio to your user page, and get to know your fellow stitchers! We hope that this site will become a virtual town square – a place where people can meet, greet, learn, and share the sewing love.

In addition to this website, you can find us on Facebook. We like Facebook because it’s an easy and fast way for us to connect with you! We post sneak peeks of new issues, link to cool sewing-related things we find around the internet, and generally try to keep you up to date on what’s going on in Stitchland. You can ask us questions, give us suggestions, post a photo of the latest project you finished, and more. So if you aren’t already, come hang out with us on Facebook at Sew Daily at
